Alamitos Bay Jetties

The rocks at the mouth of Alamitos Bay are a mixed calico, perch, and bait fishery when the swell is down. CDFW lists both the east jetty and the 72nd Street west jetty as public piers, with the same land-wall caveat as Marina del Rey North: the rock that touches land is licensed water. Watch the current in the entrance on a falling tide.
