Cabrillo Beach Fishing Pier

The small fishing pier inside the Cabrillo Beach complex is easy access for San Pedro families and a real mackerel/perch bite when the bait is in. CDFW is explicit that the adjacent breakwater is licensed water even though the pier deck is not. Stay on the pier if you do not have a license; fish the breakwater only if you do.
